Jeff Angotti, owner of Maximum Results Personal Training & Fitness, Inc., has been successfully training his clients for over 10 years. Jeff has consistently been involved in athletics and fitness throughout his life, which has inspired him to earn a Bachelors of Science in Health, with a track in Sports Medicine-Athletic Training, from the University of North Florida.


While at UNF, Jeff completed Athletic Training clinical rotations with Ed White High School, the UNF Softball team, the Jacksonville Tomcats Arena2 football team, the Jacksonville University football team, and at Heartland Rehabilitation Clinic. While in these settings, Jeff gained valuable clinical experience preventing, treating, and rehabilitating a variety of athletic injuries and conditions.


Jeff also interned with UNF Strength and Conditioning Coach, developing and executing periodized strength and conditioning programs for the UNF athletic program.












SpottingHe is certified through the National Athletic Trainers Association as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which is the only strength and conditioning certification to be nationally accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. He is also certified through the American Heart Association for the Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program.

Training Jeff applies the same goal oriented mentality as he once used to be a competitive athlete and successful student to help his clients reach their goals. He has successfully trained a variety of clientele which ranges in ages from 11 to 87 with experience levels from novice to professional athletes. Jeff has helped countless people take the steps required to achieve their health and fitness goals and improve their quality of life.


With his diverse background in health and fitness, Jeff will educate you on the proper training techniques and principles needed in order for you to live and train safely and effectively.
